To celebrate the launch of the new Scotsman Crushman ice crusher, Hubbard Ice Systems is giving away a 'Crushman Cocktail Collection' - an assortment of cocktail goodies - at RAC 2003. The Collection is a selection of liquors and mixers, cocktail glasses and a shaker. There are even some of those little parasols. It has almost everything you need - the only thing you'll have to add is the ice and, ideally, a Scotsman Crushman!
What have cocktails to do with this latest Scotsman machine? Simple: the Crushman is specifically designed for the growing cocktail bar market. It's quiet and economical to run, with fully adjustable crushed ice settings. A new design of crushing mechanism gives it the ability to create uniformly crushed ice in a single pass, something that is very hard for competing ice crushers to achieve. What's more, it's very competitively priced.
"The competition is bit of fun for the Show and, hopefully, it'll help bring the Crushman to the attention of the trade - it's a smart piece of equipment and we expect it to do well," explains Chris Davis of Hubbard Ice Systems. "We originally thought about giving away a Crushman, but then decided that most of the dealers we know would have more fun making up cocktails than they would from us giving them a free machine!"
One lucky visitor to the show is going to win the Crushman Cocktail Collection and it could be you! All you have to do is visit the Hubbard stand and answer this simple question: how big is the Crushman's storage bin? Pop your answer on the back of your business card and drop it into the entry box on the stand. If you're right, you'll go into the hat for the prize draw, which takes place on the last day of the Show.
