Hubbard Ice Systems will show its range of Scotsman 'hands-free' ice machines, developed for use in hospitals.
The Scotsman TC-180 is an ultra-hygienic ice and water dispenser. Its hands-free operation delivers excellent infection control: ice and water are dispensed by a 'magic eye' whenever a container is placed below the chute. The TC180 is a tabletop model whose stylish looks and compact size make it especially suitable for ward-level.
The TC180s has easy-clean rounded corners, the dispensing chute is removable for sanitising and electronic controls deliver ultra-reliable performance. The unit produces up to 140kg of ice every 24 hours.
Hubbard Ice Systems also offers the Scotsman CD40 Ice Station. Again, operation is hygienically hands-free. The CD40 is free standing and makes 'supercube' ice in 20gm cubes, producing up to 39kg per day.
