Hubbard Ice Systems reduces prices on spares
Hubbard Ice Systems has announced a price drop on most spares for its Scotsman range of ice machines. The new lower prices reflect a commitment by Hubbard to provide value for money while still delivering the quality and reliability that customers have come to expect from the Scotsman brand. In some cases prices for genuine Scotsman spare parts have been reduced by 15% or more.
The company has also committed to supplying compressors for Scotsman machines at 'very close to third-party wholesale prices', while still delivering the legendary Hubbard support and warranty. "Scotsman is far and away the brand leader in ice machines, and inevitably that's attracted a big market in third-party spares" said Chris Davis, Hubbards Commercial Director. "But we've also seen a big increase in customers coming to us for help after those spares have proved troublesome.
"We must emphasise that fitting unofficial spares will invalidate the warranty. The price drop and the larger range of compressors are designed to encourage people to use genuine spares, to maintain the reputation and reliability of the Scotsman brand", he adds.
