How do you serve the perfect drink? What glassware? Which ingredients? How big a measure? And, of course, what ice is best? Visitors to Hotelympia can find out exactly how, only on the Hubbard Ice Systems stand, N3671.
Here, members of Diageo's 'Every Serve Perfect' (esp) team will be revealing the secrets of improved drinks service, showing how it is not just better for the customer, but also helps to boost profits.

For the first time at Hotelympia, visitors can experience Diageo's esp, exclusively on the Hubbard Ice Systems stand.
Every Serve Perfect encompasses the whole concept of serving drinks, from preparation and choice of spirits, mixers and ice, through to final presentation. The hourly, 30-minute demonstrations will cover choosing and using the right equipment and ingredients, how to improve drinks service, and how to benefit from improved customer relations and encourage responsible drinking.
Hubbard Ice Systems, the UK distributor of Scotsman icemakers, is the ice machine partner involved in Diageo's programme, the famous Scotsman 'Supercube' ice being the Diageo choice for the perfect serve.
