Cube Ice Machines
The most popular type of ice cubes, these are the perfect choice for restaurants, pubs, and clubs. Made in the famous Scotsman thimble shape, they are available in three different sizes.
Dice Cube Machines
The shape of dice cubes provides maximum liquid displacement making this type of ice cube ideal for general purpose cooling of drinks. They can be made very quickly and are ideal for outlets needing high volumes of ice, such as fast food outlets.
Cubelet Ice Machines
By far the dryest and hardest form of Flake ice, Cubelet Ice is produced at just below zero degrees Celsius just like all other flake ice forms, but it is then compressed to remove excess residual water, reducing it to as low as 10% of its original volume.
Flake Ice Machines
Flake Ice is the most natural shape. Extruded at a temperature just below zero degrees. Scotsman flaked ice suits a variety of applications including fisheries, laboratories and industry.
Scale Ice Machines
Scotsman Scale Ice machines manufacture ice in a range of thicknesses, from 1.2mm as preferred by the food processing industry to 2.2mm as demanded by the fishing industry. Scale Ice is produced in heavy duty cylindrical evaporators designed for the most rugged applications.
Nugget Ice Machines
Nugget ice is made from random cylindrical sized pieces of hard compacted flake ice which have a slow melt rate.
Dispensers
At the more specialised end of the spectrum are a range of ice dispeners and drinking water coolers, inclduing touch-free models that dispense without the need for human contact.
Storage Bins
Storage bins are used with modular ice makers, enabling production and storage capacities to be matched to customer requirements more accurately in high production situations.
